Easy Banana Sponge Cake

Details:
Preheat oven to 160C. Using an electric mixer, whisk eggs and sugar until mixture is thick and pale. Fold in sieved flour, bi-carb soda and baking powder gently but thoroughly to get a batter consistency without any lumps. Slowly add in oil and bananas, mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 20cm round cake pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
