Cheesy Banana Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 180C. Spread butter over both sides of bread and cut slices of bread into half. In a deep bowl or jug, whisk eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Arrange bread in a pie dish, spread sultanas, grated cheese and bananas in between the slices. Pour custard over bread. Set aside for 10 minutes for bread to soak up the custard. Bake for 35 minutes or until custard has set on the outside and slightly wobbly on the inside. Serve warm or cold.
