Pasta With Hot Chilli Oil

Heat Chilli Oil in a non stick pan and saute garlic until soft. Add chilli flakes and saute for another minute. Cook pasta in boiling water according to instructions on packet. Drain pasta and keep 1/3 cup of cooking water. Toss pasta with the Flavoured Oil, remaining liquid, parmesan and salt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
