Kale Chips

Details:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Place kale, oil, chilli flakes, smoked paprika, salt & pepper into a large bowl and mix well to coat kale. Divide kale onto 2 oven trays lined with non-stick backing paper and back for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.

 

Allow to cool then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lemon rind. Enjoy
